He was christened 8 May 1799. Karl Benajmin and his wife Edla Sofia were cousins on their mothers side. Karl’s mother and Edla’s mother were sisters. On 1 Sep 1812 he moved with her mother to Mouhijärvi. In 1813 KB moved from Mouhijärvi to Hattula. KB wsa assisting Carl Johan Helsingius from 1 Feb 1813 to 30 Jun 1815. Carl Johan Helsingius’ granddaughter Johanna Maria Helsngius married KB’s son Anders Kristian Federley. Kristian Federle’s grav is today well preserved and in the posession of Lars Federley b. 1946 and his borther Björn b. 1941. On 21 Aug 1815 KB moved to his mother Sara Sofia b. Gadd from Hattula, Metsinkylä to Hämeenlinna/Tavastehus. On 17 Apr 18232 KB moved to Helsinki/Helsingfors. Twin. Edla Sofia and Karl Benjamin were cousins on their mothers side. Edla’s mother and Karl’s mother were isters. Edla lived in Tohloppi Epilä. She died in Helsinki/Helsingfors during a visit there and she was then buried in Helsinki/Helsingfors. Viktor and Ida were third generation cousins. Their greatgrandfather was Kristoffer Federley. Viktor went with his brother Knut Alfred to the land of Amur in Eastern Siberia in Russia together with 26 men who established a cooperative there. Most of them returned to Finland where they became succesful businessmen.Alfred however drowned in the amur riwer. About this fantastic story you can read in the book “Det förlovade Amurlandet” written by Erik Appel (ISBN 951-50-0916-2). Frans Lindeberg also belonged to the group. His daughter Anna Gunilla Lindeberg married Oiva Josef Koskinen who was the great grandson of Ulrika Karolina Federley. |
