| Aateloitu/Adlad Venäläinen aateli/Rysk adel. His surname was Beckman and after the belonging to the Russian nobility Baeckman. He bought Harjus Real Estate and added some more land to it. The tota area was 6400 Ha! Harju served as an institution for educating farmers and is still in the same use today. | Unfortunately Woldemar had to sell the Harju Estate because of the bad Economical situataion in Russia. Harju however still practitises the original purpose to educate young students to become farmers. He among other things was one af the first to import Cows belonging to the Ayshire race. They were succesfully bred in Harju and the Ayshire cows bcame the most common in Finland. |
