Misc. Notes |
About this remarkable soldier you may learn in many histori books. He was mostly appreciated by the Swedish king Gustav III. The most recent book is written by Stig Ramel in 1997. Title Gustav Maritz Armfelt 1757 - 1814. 1930 - 1934 Carl von Bondsdorff wrote a series of books with very detailed description both of GM’s life in war but also in private. It is however obvious that also these authors do not wish to mention anything very specific about the heritage of Mina Armfelt who married Axel Federley. |
