Outgoing from this inforamtion is calculated his birth year 1544. Ulrich Federle sold his farm on the 26 Mar1627 to his son Adam Source Staatsarchiv Augsburg AR 725 Urkunde Damenstift St. Stefan 969 - 1780. Edenbergen is located 15km west from Augsburg. In Wengen 25km from Edenbergen lived around 1400 a peasant Ulrich Vederlin. On the 28 Aug 1407 his widow Elsbeth and her son Ulrich sold the farm to a citzen (Bürger) from Augsburg. Source: Deutche Familienarchiv page 315. Ulrich Vederlin had at least 2 sons. Hans who appeared in Asselfingen 1438 and Ulrich who appeared in Rammingen in 1455. The distance from Wengen to Asselfingen and from Wengen to Rammingen and from Wengen to Edenbergen Bazenhofen is more or less the same. It is quite possible that Ulrich Vederlis son who moved to rammingen is the father of Jerg who moved to Edenbergen i Bazenhofen. This theory will be thoroughly investigated. The grandfather of Ulrich Federle in Edenbergen (1544 - 1628), Jerg Federlin could thus be a decendant to Ulrich Vederlin in Wengen.
